A beautifully converted barn and dairy, offering quality bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation. The barn and dairy were once part of the Godolphin Estate which is situated in picturesque Cornish countryside near to the village of Townshend, Hayle but also being no more than 4 miles to some of the most beautiful beaches in the country.

Rowan Barn has been lovingly restored by its present owners, Huw and Sally Jones, who bought the derelict barn back in August 2006, along with 5 acres of surrounding land. They have painstakingly transformed the barn over a 2 year period, ensuring the original features are maintained and have since been awarded consistent four stars and a Gold Award by UK tourism Associations’ for its outstanding accommodation and facilities (including a specially adapted bedroom and en-suite for disabled guests).
