Booking
To make a booking please call 01736 851223 and then fill in the printable booking form, returning to us asap.
Deposit
Bed and Breakfast - A non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation. If your stay is longer than 5 nights, we ask for the equivalent of two nights accommodation.
Self-Catering – A non refundable deposit equivalent to 1/3 of full amount is needed to secure reservation. The outstanding amount is due 14 days prior to stay.
Cancellations
Guests are reminded that a booking is a legally binding contract. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not refundable. We will make all reasonable efforts to re-let the accommodation, but if this fails, guests are respectfully reminded that they are liable for the costs incurred. We strongly recommend you insure against the possibility of cancellation.
Payments
We are only able to accept cash or cheque for any of our payments. We ask that cheques be made out to Rowan Barn and deposits sent with the booking form. |
Arrival/Departure times
Arrival time is by prior arrangement. We ask that you notify us of your arrival time on our booking form. If this should change at any time, we ask you notify us immediately. Check out time is 10.00 am on day of departure.
Smoking
Abiding by law and for the safety and comfort of all our guests, we operate a NO SMOKING POLICY. Guests wishing to smoke are welcome to use the outside space.
Special Needs
When enquiring about accommodation, please tell us of any special needs or requirements you may have so that we may advise on the suitability of the rooms we offer. All our bedrooms are on the ground floor but there are some steps to enter The Barn.
Children
We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 16 years within the Barn, however babies are welcome in The Dairy. Cot and highchair available, please ask.
Pets
We are sorry but we cannot accept any pets as we have animals on our land. Guide dogs are accepted by prior arrangement.
Lost keys are charged at £20.
Breakages
Please report all breakages. If you leave The Barn without reporting breakages then we reserve the right to invoice you. |
